• 2. Get the “PartNumber” and other information for your Radiator.


• 3. Enter the Part information into the form.


• 4. If you are a South Carolina Resident select the “Check Box” next to the “SC RESIDENTS”.


• 5. You can compare the estimated cost of Shipping by visiting the “UPS Calculator” at wwwapps.ups.com/ctc/.


• 6. Enter your Name, Phone, Address and other required information for this order in the fields provided.


• 7. Print the form and Mail to: 750 Estes Drive Piedmont, SC 29673, or Fax to: 864-845-5001 or Email the form to: sales@griffinrad.com.
